SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We are happy to offer free shipping on all orders through USPS Priority Mail. Once your order has been placed, your package will be shipped out no later than 1 business day and we will provide you with a tracking number. We also offer expedited shipping for an additional fee.
For international orders, we offer flat rate shipping worldwide for $50. For this service, we use UPS International Express shipping, and you may be required to pay an extra import or duty when you pick up the item or when it is delivered to you. Please check with your local authorities to determine the amount of taxes or duties if applicable. -
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
Stark Lights wants to ensure our customers are happy, and if you are not 100% satisfied, every order has a 30 day no questions asked return policy. All Stark Lights products come with a standard 60 day warranty. In the unlikely event of a product failure, we will either repair or replace the unit free of charge if it is withhin the warranty period. Physical damage or improper installations are not covered under the warranty. Original sales receipt must be included with the return/replacement.
- All products must be returned within 30 days of receipt
- All products must be in the original packaging and condition
- All products must have a valid RMA number provided to you by our customer service deparment. If you would like to request an RMA number, please email info@starklights.com, and be sure to include your order number
For customer who have purchased our extended warranty, we will simply replace your unit with a brand new unit if the request is made within the extended warranty period.
